Once the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them. The products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being recrushed until they reached the required size. A screening plate is fitted below the rotor so that the crushed materials that have reached a smaller size than that of the screen are sieved out leaving the bigger ones for further crushing. The screening plate can be adjusted to create the desired gap from the rotors according to suitability.
